Payment Terms
Payment terms are established at project initiation:
- Payment schedules are agreed upon before work begins
- Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- All payments must be in the agreed currency

- General methodologies and development techniques
- Proprietary tools and frameworks
- Pre-existing intellectual property
- Rights to use projects as portfolio examples (with consent)
Third-party components
Open-source libraries and third-party services remain subject to their respective licenses.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited as follows:
- Maximum liability is limited to project value
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
